I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right on the river with easy access to the trail and close to everything downtown in Richland. The rooms were spacious, modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a full kitchen making it wheelchair-friendly and easy to maneuver. The service was top-notch with excellent dry cleaning, housekeeping, and even grocery shopping services available. The dining options were delicious, especially for meat lovers. I truly enjoyed the facilities, including the shops and commercial services available on-site. The only downside was the slightly higher price, but the value for money was still evident with all the amenities provided.
